The City has updated its parking rules for Balboa Park. For classes, the important change is that parking enforcement will end at 6:00pm, allowing dancers to attend Monday and Friday classes without requiring payment for parking. For other events that take place before 6pm, such as the IDA Festival or the Tartan Day event, you may have to pay for parking.
