Dance with Us

Scottish country dance is an exciting and energetic social dance form, related to contra dancing. See our "What Is Scottish Country Dance?" Page for details! The basic steps and formations are easy to learn and you don't need to be Scottish to participate. New beginner sessions start quarterly, with Intermediate and Mixed-Level Social classes running most of the year.

Dancing for Weddings and Events

Holding an event where participants haven't taken classes? There is a special form called a "Ceilidh Dance" (pronounced Kay-Lee), where dancers don't need any prior experience. If you're interested in hiring an instructor to have Scottish Country Dancing at your own party or wedding, see our Ceilidh Dancing for Weddings and Events Page.
