1st and 2nd men take hands and slip step down to 3rd and 4th place while 3rd and 4th men take hands and slip step up (behind 1M and 2M) to 1st and 2nd place. All men take hands and set.
     meanwhile
All women take hands and set, then 1st and 2nd women retain hands and slip step down to 3rd and 4th place while 3rd and 4th women retain hands and slip step (behind 1W and 2W) to finish in 1st and 2nd place.

1st and 2nd couples cast back up to original places and finish in the center ready for allemande
     while
3rd and 4th couples slip step back to original places (5-6), step in on bar 8 ready for allemande.

1st and 2nd couples dance a 2-couple allemande while 3rd and 4th couple and a 2-couple allemande. Finish in order 2, 1, 4, 3.

1st and 4th couples dance 6 bars of rights and lefts (2, 4, 1, 3) and all couples set on the sides.

All couples dance eight hands round and back.

Repeat, from new positions.
